We have completed a comprehensive project involving the delivery of a tilting table system for a client in Poland specializing in the production of precast single-family and multi-family houses. The scope of the project was tailored to meet high quality standards and the specific production requirements of the client’s facility.
Scope of supply and implemented solutions
- A set of 10 tilting tables measuring 8.00 × 3.50 m, designed for the production of precast wall elements.
- Additional tilting tables with lengths of 10.00 m and 12.00 m, increasing the flexibility and production capacity of the plant.
- Adjustable and tilted side shutters with a regulation range of 100–400 mm, ensuring full versatility and enabling the production of elements with varying heights.
Implementation results
The delivered solutions enable efficient production of high-quality precast elements used in the client’s own construction projects. The combination of versatile tilting tables and adjustable formwork systems significantly increases production flexibility, reduces setup times, and supports maintaining high quality standards.
