Classic prestressing lines

We design and deliver complete solutions in the form of classic production lines for prestressed elements, based on a steel anchorage structure founded on a concrete foundation. The lines are developed according to the client’s technological assumptions and requirements; we prepare the design and then supply all components necessary to launch prestressed precast production. As part of the delivery of a classic line, the client receives both the appropriate anchorage structure and a system formwork solution enabling the forming of the required girders, beams, columns, and prestressed elements. We also supply tensioning and prestressing equipment, as well as provide training and support during the start-up of production of the first prestressed precast elements.
