We have completed another delivery of equipment for a precast concrete plant. The project included the design and supply of a set of six tilting tables measuring 13.00 × 3.50 m, intended for the production of large-size precast elements.
Tilting tables are one of the fundamental pieces of equipment used in modern precast plants. They enable efficient production of flat concrete elements such as precast walls, slabs, and other structural components. Thanks to the tilting mechanism, it is possible to quickly and safely demould the element and position it for transport or finishing.
Comprehensive solution for precast production
The tables are based on a rigid steel frame and a durable working surface, ensuring stability and high-quality production of precast elements. Carefully selected components and proven design solutions allow for high production precision and repeatability. The tables are equipped with a vibration system consisting of radio control and a set of high-frequency vibration motors.
Efficiency and ergonomics
The tilting system enables smooth lifting of the table after the concreting and curing process is completed. This solution significantly facilitates demoulding and the safe transfer of the element to a transport or storage area.
Production tables can also be equipped with additional systems supporting the technological process, such as vibration installations or solutions that improve form preparation. This makes it possible to achieve high-quality concrete surfaces while increasing production efficiency.
Solutions tailored to customer needs
Each project is individually designed based on the customer’s technological requirements and the specific nature of production at a given plant. In this particular project, special emphasis was placed on the optimal use of production space. The supplied set of six tables enables the parallel production of multiple precast elements, significantly increasing the overall efficiency of the production line.
