Double column mould

A double mold for the production of prefabricated columns enables the manufacture of elements for industrial, warehouse, and commercial facilities. The solution provides full flexibility in the design of concrete elements, allowing the production of two column elements with corbels in any position on three or four sides. In the basic version, the mold is equipped with a manual, mechanical sidewall shifting system and is prepared for formwork using plywood shuttering panels. Column molds can also be equipped with a hydraulic sidewall shifting system, as well as system steel side formwork and a floor lifting mechanism.
