We have completed a project involving the delivery of a set of two specialized moulds for the production of precast columns up to 16 meters in length, with a maximum cross-section of up to 1000 × 1250 mm. The solution was designed with a strong focus on versatility and adaptability to various production requirements.
The project was carried out for a ready-mix concrete producer expanding its operations into the heavy precast concrete sector, responding to the growing market demand for advanced structural elements.
Scope of supply and implemented solutions
