We have completed a project involving the delivery of a complete production line for prestressed structural elements. The investment represented a key stage in our client’s development strategy, as they decided to start in-house production of prestressed beams and girders.
Scope of Delivery
As part of the project, we supplied all the equipment necessary for the construction and operation of the production line, including:
- A support structure designed for high prestressing loads,
- Complete equipment for the prestressing process,
- A set of modular moulds for producing prestressed beams and girders.
Line Parameters and Capabilities
The delivered line has a working length of 66 meters and is designed to operate with a maximum tension force of 800 t + 200 t, enabling the production of a wide range of prestressed elements in compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration and Commissioning
Our responsibilities extended beyond the design and delivery of the line and included:
- Fabrication of all subassemblies and equipment components,
- Operator training and technological implementation,
- Support during the commissioning of the first production series.
Outcome
The production line has been fully commissioned and now represents a key component of the client’s manufacturing infrastructure, enabling the production of high-quality prestressed structural elements with consistent precision and repeatability.
