We have successfully completed a project involving the design, manufacturing, and delivery of a complete set of tilting tables measuring 25.50 m × 4.00 m, dedicated to the production of precast concrete wall elements for residential construction. The solutions were developed in close cooperation with the client, enabling optimization of all key components to suit the specific requirements of their production facility.
Scope of supply and implemented solutions
- Tilting tables (25.50 × 4.00 m) equipped with extensions allowing the installation of formwork systems and full utilization of the table width during the production process.
- Adjustable side shutters with a регулиcation range of 100–400 mm, enabling flexible adjustment of the height of precast elements.
- TECFLY magnetic formwork system, including:
- TECFLY profiles allowing formwork height adjustment within the range of 100–350 mm,
- stainless steel shuttering magnets ensuring high durability in demanding working conditions..
Implementation results
The delivered tilting tables enable increased production efficiency and precise manufacturing of wall elements while maintaining high repeatability and process ergonomics. The applied structural solutions and magnetic formwork systems significantly reduce workstation preparation time and improve the overall operational efficiency of the plant.
