Medium-voltage cable junction moulds

A mould for the production of XSN medium-voltage cable joint enclosures is an efficient and modular solution for manufacturing precast elements. Thanks to the use of minimal technological draft angles on the core, the element can be safely demoulded without any operations inside the mould. The mould’s simple mechanical design provides a very wide adjustment range, allowing it to be adapted to all required joint enclosure dimensions that the customer plans to produce. Adjustment is achieved using sliding and width-adjustable side walls as well as modular internal cores. The mould is a complete solution for the production of MV cable joint enclosures and branch boxes.
